Venice Project Opens Up

“Venice is live (sort of)…” writes Janus Friis on his blog today. That’s The Venice Project, the eagerly anticipated new Internet TV effort from the creators of Kazaa and Skype. Apply for a beta here, or try to get an invite from one of the lucky ones that get in. We’ll keep you posted once we give it a look. (cross-posted at GigaOM.) P.S. Tape it Off the Internet is also letting in beta testers, and we’ll get a report from Russell Heimlich on that later today.
