iTV Release Delayed, says AppleInsider
Further software testing might delay an early January launch of the iTV, according to unnamed sources who spoke with AppleInsider — though Steve Jobs is still scheduled to reveal more details soon, presumably at MacWorld. The AppleInsider report said the device should ship by mid-February.
Another interesting note from the article is confirmation from beta tester (and CEO of ABC/Disney) Robert Iger that the iTV will have some built-in storage — but without any video input via a tuner card, it still wouldn’t officially qualify as a PVR. As they say: stay tuned.
