To clarify the usage of “View In External Application” it is obtainable using the IE View extension.
Hmm...well then you're really just using IE in a Firefox skirt, aren't you?

As for me, I am in IE right now because I was going to "Watch Now", but the site is down for maintenance and should be back up two hours ago...

Overall, I do prefer Firefox. For most things it is more reliable and faster (except of course when you first load it in Windows, but that's what it gets for not being native to the OS), and when it crashes (as most Windows software eventually does), it remembers where it left off.

I've got to say, the lack of Firefox support is a definite plus.

Every iteration of FF is worse than the last. FF2 already can't handle more than 2 tabs on a computer with a 3GHz processor and 2 gigs of ram without developing a horrible memory leak. Video sites like YouTube can actually crash the program.

Can you imagine trying to use such a buggy program for a public product?

I did have to activate my blogger superpowers. I'm sure you'll be included soon enough. Frankly, it might even be better to wait as they'll probably fix a lot of bugs and add new features while they're still rolling out.

"I asked if they could hook up my account so I could review it, and they very nicely obliged."

I'm glad that some folks are getting decent Netflix customer support. I have asked for the same thing (twice now) and my emails were ignored.
