Actually, when I lunched with Liz recently, I left my jacket at the restaurant. I called them minutes later when I realized but they claimed – rather unbelievably – that it wasn’t there. I don’t know what troubles me more; a lying staff of thieves or the fact that, as struggling actors, none of them could convince me they had no idea where it was. Over a phone, no less.

For the record, it’s Doughboys, near the Beverly Center, and I implore everyone in the world to avoid it like the plague. Or hold on to everything while you eat.

Next trip, I promise.

One thing that seems to be progressing is mainstream media’s understanding of the factors that drive an audience to shows like JETSET as compared to their shows. Or at least they ask about it now. :)
