		<description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting read.  I&#039;ve been doing research in this area, and found another company that appears to be getting traction: Digitalsmiths.  Not sure where all their offices are, but appears to be Research Triangle Park.  I talked with the CEO a few weeks ago regarding some of the positions they are hiring.  It&#039;s clear they have video search, and are already being hired by studios.&lt;/p&gt;
