Vlog Deathmatch Challenge: Anything Goes
It’s that time of the, erm, however often these things happen — ReelSolid.tv’s Bill Cammack has sounded the call to all the vlogosphere announcing a new Vlog Deathmatch. And this is a no-holds-barred affair — anyone, anywhere (“even in Canada”) can do anything they want as long as the results somewhat resemble a music video.
Already over a dozen vloggers have taken the bait. They DIY music video is especially hot right now, with everybody and their mother sending me the “Lip Dub / Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger” video by Amanda Lynferri and friends at Connected Ventures. And unlike the recent spate of Modest Mouse contests, you will actually own whatever you submit.
The last Vlog Deathmatch was a laugh riot. You have until May 21st to submit your entry. What have you got to lose? Dare to dream — you could be the next Vlogmerican Idol!
