		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think this is a great step and pretty good PR for CNN. But I&#039;m curious what the restrictions were before. I&#039;ve always felt that when politicians make public statements, that would fall under &quot;fair use,&quot; regardless of who may have covered it.&lt;/p&gt;
