		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for bringing this up.  I think a dialogue about T&amp;C&#039;s should stay in the forefront of the new media revolution.  Creators who give away their creations to be  exploited by corporations is not going to be sustainable.  Let&#039;s keep those T&amp;C&#039;s in check.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think, though I might be wrong, MySpace changed their T&amp;C regarding music rights when the community organized and criticized them for trying to &#039;own&#039; uploaded media.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They could potentially change it to anything.  And you&#039;re agreeing to whatever that change is ahead of time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No matter how good their ToS look now... that could go away in a moment.&lt;/p&gt;
