I could have bought it from Amazon, but I went directly to the publisher's site instead.</p> <p>When my DVD arrived, the packaging gave the impression it had been put together on someone's kitchen table. Inside was a post card for the movie, with a hand-written 'thank you' message from the director.</p> <p>I really liked the cottage industry feeling. I ripped the DVD to .mp4 and added it to my collection for instant access. (I hate DVDs.)</p> <p>If you would rather be punched in the face by your customers than hugged - get Macrovision.
