		<description>&lt;p&gt;Jackson - Thanks for asking the questions that are so many our minds.  Clearly the old rules don&#039;t apply and there are many looking for a new strategy, a  new formula, most of all newly defined relationships.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I personally think unions (of the past) have themselves become dysfunctional bureaucracies with varying degrees of direct benefit to their members. I do however strongly support a fairer distribution of the value created by groups of people. It should not all go to a select few, and technology now has the ability to easier track and distribute value.&lt;/p&gt;
