Clearly the old rules don't apply and there are many looking for a new strategy, a new formula, most of all newly defined relationships.</p> <p>I personally think unions (of the past) have themselves become dysfunctional bureaucracies with varying degrees of direct benefit to their members. I do however strongly support a fairer distribution of the value created by groups of people.
