I was glued to the coverage, as well. Part of was having the Uptake team accessible through Twitter, but most of it was the sense of getting all the good stuff about on-the-ground news coverage sans the banal cable patter. (Not that there wasn’t some casual filler as the hours wore on — but it was lively, and very ‘old television’ and endearing.) I hope we’ll have an even bigger, crazier, faster live Uptake on Election Night, too.

Thanks for the kind words Jackson. I had no idea Veracifier was the #2 channel on YouTube yesterday - sweet!

One clarification: The Steve Garfield video was shot and edited by The UpTake. When Veracifer picks up videos produced by The UpTake (or other videoblogger-types), they're branded "Ground Hounds."
