Interesting development by the NBA, as there will be massive layoffs at NBA Entertainment’s home office in NJ. Great move by Turner, although I am surprised that the NBA would give up on their in-house production since MLB and the NHL have had success with their multimedia operations.

Whenever I try to access download.nba.com I’m greeted by the message “Region not allowed.”. In Sweden where I live the only way of watching the NBA is a channel that broadcasts one game every Sunday night. Now how the heck am I supposed to watch the NBA games that I want to watch? BitTorrent grows stronger each and everyday.
