		<description>&lt;p&gt;Was Bill referring to getting television over the open internet or via a closed IPTV (internet television protocol) service such as Verizon&#039;s FIOS?  I&#039;d venture to say IPTV, but television over the open internet is growing fast too.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Secondly - what exactly defines television?  Does it include watching videos on YouTube and MSNBC?  Or is it limited to a live broadcast over the internet that you watch on your PC?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Perhaps it&#039;s time for a new acronym as the PC and TV come together:  CV (computer vision).&lt;/p&gt;
