Veronica Belmont will cohost Revision3’s Tekzilla, the company announced today. Belmont had last week announced she was leaving Mahalo, where she was the host of Mahalo Daily. Commenters had speculated she would join an existing tech show like Tekzilla or TWiT.

Revision3’s shows are mostly technology-oriented, and clearly a show named Tekzilla is no different. It was previously hosted (and now will be co-hosted) by Patrick Norton. In an emailed release, Rev3 CEO Jim Louderback said Tekzilla is “already one of our most popular shows at Revision3.”

Belmont was previously host of CNET’s Buzz Out Loud and other podcasts. She said a large part of the move was getting out of the commute to Southern California. Revision3 is, like Belmont, based in San Francisco. Belmont had only left CNET last July. Funnily enough, at the time we reported Louderback jumping ship from PC Magazine to head Revision3 in the very same story we wrote about Belmont’s departure.
