NewTeeVee Station: Almost One Week Old!
NewTeeVee Station, your hot new resource and debate center for online video, is almost a week old! If it were a baby human, it’d barely be able to look you in the eye. But because it is a baby website, it’s got a full week of fresh updates under its belt!
Fans of Karina Longworth’s “Karina’s Capsule” should now look to the Station every Monday morning for their fix — today, she debates the potential success of adapting Jay Baruchel and Seth Rogan’s Jay and Seth vs. the Apocalypse as a 90-times-longer feature film.
And we also have fresh coverage of:
- The Barack Obama campaign, using online video to make the Internet into an army of campaigners — while managing to sidestep unofficial shows of support.
- Perez Hilton — is he the Devil? Reviewer Jill Weinberger has her beliefs — but what do you think?
- And for dads basking in the post-Father’s Day appreciation glow, we have a series just for you: from Austin, TX, DadLabs takes a funny, edgy approach to the world of fatherhood.
Also, check out the video guide on our front page for delightful video treats, including a Battlestar Galactica-themed music video, Stephen Colbert giving hosting tips to I Have To Go in a Minute Show’s Dan Levy, and Mahalo Daily’s Steve Jobs WWDC Keynote in One Minute.
Remember, we built NewTeeVee Station not for us, but for you, and would love to hear what you think about any of our coverage, past or present. Fierce debate makes for bad Thanksgiving dinners but great websites, so do please come by and help our baby grow!

I’d love to subscribe to NewTeeVee Station’s RSS feed as a podcast, but there’s no enclosures in the feed :-(

Hey JazzyJeff, that sounds great to us too, but since the videos are Flash embeds, and we don’t want to rip off anyone’s content, it wouldn’t really work.
