&lt;p&gt;Silverlight seems very flaky, at least on my computer. I feel like I have installed it at least a dozen times since its launch. Just re-installed to view NBCOlympics.com and I hear audio for my clip but there is no video. Hope MSFT/NBC can make this a more consistent user experience soon...&lt;/p&gt;
