Regarding the Mark Cuban post:
There is no way that YouTube can review all of their videos unless they tap into their viewers and can trust their judgement.
My company is very new to the online video game, but right from the beginning we approve all of our creators and their content before sending it live on the site. Our goal is to be able to monetize at least 96% of it (the opposite of YouTube).
