And don't forget Nocturnal Web Series (www.nocturnalwebseries.com). Shot on location in and around Pittsburgh, PA, the series revolves around the mysterious circumstances surrounding the murder of a young woman named Natalie Brew (who, curiously enough, has never appeared in a single webisode).

Not unlike Twin Peaks, the identity of Natalie's killer is one of the series' overarching mysteries. And, as police investigators Archer Reilly and Sarah Pennington discover, there is no shortage of suspects. The series is a homage to the classic Gothic horror series Dark Shadows.

Another benefit of creating sci fi content is the potential to use the series to create a video game later down the line.

Yeah, the Line isn't sci-fi per se, but it will definitely appeal to the geek crowd.

And I'm not sold on Gemini, that trailer doesn't look very promising. It almost reminds me of that old PC CD-ROM game The Daedalus Encounter with Tia Carrere.
