It’s truly sad when anyone loses their job. However, I can’t help but giggle a little when I read the layoffs were “distributed across our organization, rather than focused on a single department.” Looks like they handle business like they handle data.

The FCC ruling might give the ISPs an excuse to reintroduce Tiered pricing and this brings uncertainty to investors in P2P companies so I can see why the FCC ruling can become an issue..
