I don’t know if I’m missing something but it seems like this could be a good thing for actors. Their system is performance-based animation, meaning they hire an actor to perform and then can translate the performance into super realistic animation for a game or other use. If game companies used this technology, if might make for more opportunities for actors. Am I misunderstanding the video?
