Stew - Sorry, but there is no disruption of VoIP is being performed, in VA or anywhere else. To the contrary, we go out of our way to ensure VoIP functions well.

They've also been disrupting VoIP traffic. I've had two customers using remote IP phones (which require UDP 5060 traffic to register, and a random UDP port between 10,000 -20,000 for the rtp stream) which were working fine and suddenly just stopped working.

We traced this back to Comcast and they've apparently admitted it (in Virginia anyway). The customers are none too happy.
