NewTeeVee is a publication devoted to how the internet is changing video. We point readers to hot startups, hot videos, hot pipes – tracing the talent, money, code, and data across the network.

The site was born of GigaOM, a popular technology commentary source. Across our network, parent company GigaOmniMedia combines the assets of blogging and news reporting to bring fast, relevant, and contextualized coverage of the technology industry. Our core team is based in San Francisco.

Liz Gannes is editor of NewTeeVee and a staff writer for GigaOM. She formerly wrote for Red Herring.

Jackson West is a staff writer at NewTeeVee. With professional experience in both web technology and media production, he covers online video and video devices.
